Change addReplyErrorFormat to addReplyError when there is no format (#12641)
This is just a cleanup, although they are both correct, the change
is normatively better, and addReplyError is also much faster.
Although not important, speed is not important for these error cases.

Optimize ZRANGE offset location from linear search to skiplist jump. (#12450)
ZRANGE BYSCORE/BYLEX with [LIMIT offset count] option was
using every level in skiplist to jump to the first/last node in range,
but only use level[0] in skiplist to locate the node at offset, resulting
in sub-optimal performance using LIMIT:
```
while (ln && offset--) {
    if (reverse) {
        ln = ln->backward;
    } else {
        ln = ln->level[0].forward;
    }
}
```
It could be slow when offset is very big. We can get the total rank of
the offset location and use skiplist to jump to it. It is an improvement
from O(offset) to O(log rank).

Below shows how this is implemented (if the offset is positve):

Use the skiplist to seach for the first element in the range, record its
rank `rank_0`, so we can have the rank of the target node `rank_t`.
Meanwhile we record the last node we visited which has zsl->level-1
levels and its rank `rank_1`. Then we start from the zsl->level-1 node,
use skiplist to go forward `rank_t-rank_1` nodes to reach the target node.

It is very similiar when the offset is reversed.

Note that if `rank_t` is very close to `rank_0`, we just start from the first
element in range and go node by node, this for the case when zsl->level-1
node is to far away and it is quicker to reach the target node by node.

Here is a test using a random generated zset including 10000 elements
(with different positive scores), doing a bench mark which compares how
fast the `ZRANGE` command is exucuted before and after the optimization.

The start score is set to 0 and the count is set to 1 to make sure that
most of the time is spent on locating the offset.
```
memtier_benchmark -h 127.0.0.1 -p 6379 --command="zrange test 0 +inf byscore limit <offset> 1"
```
| offset | QPS(unstable) | QPS(optimized) |
|--------|--------|--------|
| 10 | 73386.02 | 74819.82 |
| 1000 | 48084.96 | 73177.73 |
| 2000 | 31156.79 | 72805.83 |
| 5000 | 10954.83 | 71218.21 |

With the result above, we can see that the original code is greatly
slowed down when offset gets bigger, and with the optimization the
speed is almost not affected.

Similiar results are generated when testing reversed offset:
```
memtier_benchmark -h 127.0.0.1 -p 6379 --command="zrange test +inf 0 byscore rev limit <offset> 1"
```
| offset | QPS(unstable) | QPS(optimized) |
|--------|--------|--------|
| 10 | 74505.14 | 71653.67 |
| 1000 | 46829.25 | 72842.75 |
| 2000 | 28985.48 | 73669.01 |
| 5000 | 11066.22 | 73963.45 |

And the same conclusion is drawn from the tests of ZRANGE BYLEX.

use embedded string object and more efficient ll2string for long long value convert to string (#12250)
A value of type long long is always less than 21 bytes when convert to a
string, so always meets the conditions for using embedded string object
which can always get memory reduction and performance gain (less calls
to the heap allocator).
Additionally, for the conversion of longlong type to sds, we also use a faster
algorithm (the one in util.c instead of the one that used to be in sds.c).

For the DECR command on 32-bit Redis, we get about a 5.7% performance
improvement. There will also be some performance gains for some commands
that heavily use sdscatfmt to convert numbers, such as INFO.

Speedup GEODIST with fixedpoint_d2string as an optimized version of snprintf %.4f (#11552)
GEODIST used snprintf("%.4f") for the reply using addReplyDoubleDistance,
which was slow. This PR optimizes it without breaking compatibility by following
the approach of ll2string with some changes to match the use case of distance
and precision. I.e. we multiply it by 10000 format it as an integer, and then add
a decimal point. This can achieve about 35% increase in the achievable ops/sec.

Simplified geoAppendIfWithinShape() and removed spurious calls do sdsdup and sdsfree (#11522)
In scenarios in which we have large datasets and the elements are not
contained within the range we do spurious calls do sdsdup and sdsfree.
I.e. instead of pre-creating an sds before we know if we're gonna use it
or not, change the role of geoAppendIfWithinShape to just do geoWithinShape,
and let the caller create the string only when needed.

Fix some nonsense came from LGTM (#9962)
1. Local variable 's' hides a parameter of the same name.
```
int anetTcpAccept(char *err, int s, char *ip, size_t ip_len, int *port) {
    if ((fd = anetGenericAccept(err,s,(struct sockaddr*)&sa,&salen)) == ANET_ERR){}
}
```
Change the parameter name from `s` to `serversock`,
also unified with the header file definition.

2. Comparison is always false because i <= 48.
```
for (i = 0; i < DICT_STATS_VECTLEN-1; i++) {  // i < 49
    (i == DICT_STATS_VECTLEN-1)?">= ":"",  // i == 49
}
```
`i == DICT_STATS_VECTLEN-1` always result false, it is a dead code.

3. Empty block without comment.
`else if (!strcasecmp(opt,"ch")) {}`, add a comment to avoid warnings.

4. Bit field fill of type int should have explicitly unsigned integral, explicitly signed integral, or enumeration type.
Modify `int fill: QL_FILL_BITS;` to `unsigned int fill: QL_FILL_BITS;`

5. The result of this call to reconnectingRedisCommand is not checked for null, but 80% of calls to reconnectingRedisCommand check for null.
Just a cleanup job like others.

Auto-generate the command table from JSON files (#9656)
Delete the hardcoded command table and replace it with an auto-generated table, based
on a JSON file that describes the commands (each command must have a JSON file).

These JSON files are the SSOT of everything there is to know about Redis commands,
and it is reflected fully in COMMAND INFO.

These JSON files are used to generate commands.c (using a python script), which is then
committed to the repo and compiled.

The purpose is:
* Clients and proxies will be able to get much more info from redis, instead of relying on hard coded logic.
* drop the dependency between Redis-user and the commands.json in redis-doc.
* delete help.h and have redis-cli learn everything it needs to know just by issuing COMMAND (will be
  done in a separate PR)
* redis.io should stop using commands.json and learn everything from Redis (ultimately one of the release
  artifacts should be a large JSON, containing all the information about all of the commands, which will be
  generated from COMMAND's reply)
* the byproduct of this is:
  * module commands will be able to provide that info and possibly be more of a first-class citizens
  * in theory, one may be able to generate a redis client library for a strictly typed language, by using this info.

### Interface changes

#### COMMAND INFO's reply change (and arg-less COMMAND)

Before this commit the reply at index 7 contained the key-specs list
and reply at index 8 contained the sub-commands list (Both unreleased).
Now, reply at index 7 is a map of:
- summary - short command description
- since - debut version
- group - command group
- complexity - complexity string
- doc-flags - flags used for documentation (e.g. "deprecated")
- deprecated-since - if deprecated, from which version?
- replaced-by - if deprecated, which command replaced it?
- history - a list of (version, what-changed) tuples
- hints - a list of strings, meant to provide hints for clients/proxies. see https://github.com/redis/redis/issues/9876
- arguments - an array of arguments. each element is a map, with the possibility of nesting (sub-arguments)
- key-specs - an array of keys specs (already in unstable, just changed location)
- subcommands - a list of sub-commands (already in unstable, just changed location)
- reply-schema - will be added in the future (see https://github.com/redis/redis/issues/9845)

more details on these can be found in https://github.com/redis/redis-doc/pull/1697

only the first three fields are mandatory

#### API changes (unreleased API obviously)

now they take RedisModuleCommand opaque pointer instead of looking up the command by name

- RM_CreateSubcommand
- RM_AddCommandKeySpec
- RM_SetCommandKeySpecBeginSearchIndex
- RM_SetCommandKeySpecBeginSearchKeyword
- RM_SetCommandKeySpecFindKeysRange
- RM_SetCommandKeySpecFindKeysKeynum

Currently, we did not add module API to provide additional information about their commands because
we couldn't agree on how the API should look like, see https://github.com/redis/redis/issues/9944.

### Somehow related changes
1. Literals should be in uppercase while placeholder in lowercase. Now all the GEO* command
   will be documented with M|KM|FT|MI and can take both lowercase and uppercase

### Unrelated changes
1. Bugfix: no_madaory_keys was absent in COMMAND's reply
2. expose CMD_MODULE as "module" via COMMAND
3. have a dedicated uint64 for ACL categories (instead of having them in the same uint64 as command flags)

fix: lookupKey on SETNX and SETXX only once (#9640)
When using SETNX and SETXX we could end up doing key lookup twice.
This presents a small inefficiency price.
Also once we have statistics of write hit and miss they'll be wrong (recording the same key hit twice)

Fix ziplist and listpack overflows and truncations (CVE-2021-32627, CVE-2021-32628) (#9589)
- fix possible heap corruption in ziplist and listpack resulting by trying to
  allocate more than the maximum size of 4GB.
- prevent ziplist (hash and zset) from reaching size of above 1GB, will be
  converted to HT encoding, that's not a useful size.
- prevent listpack (stream) from reaching size of above 1GB.
- XADD will start a new listpack if the new record may cause the previous
  listpack to grow over 1GB.
- XADD will respond with an error if a single stream record is over 1GB
- List type (ziplist in quicklist) was truncating strings that were over 4GB,
  now it'll respond with an error.

Replace all usage of ziplist with listpack for t_zset (#9366)
Part two of implementing #8702 (zset), after #8887.

## Description of the feature
Replaced all uses of ziplist with listpack in t_zset, and optimized some of the code to optimize performance.

## Rdb format changes
New `RDB_TYPE_ZSET_LISTPACK` rdb type.

## Rdb loading improvements:
1) Pre-expansion of dict for validation of duplicate data for listpack and ziplist.
2) Simplifying the release of empty key objects when RDB loading.
3) Unify ziplist and listpack data verify methods for zset and hash, and move code to rdb.c.

## Interface changes
1) New `zset-max-listpack-entries` config is an alias for `zset-max-ziplist-entries` (same with `zset-max-listpack-value`).
2) OBJECT ENCODING will return listpack instead of ziplist.

## Listpack improvements:
1) Add `lpDeleteRange` and `lpDeleteRangeWithEntry` functions to delete a range of entries from listpack.
2) Improve the performance of `lpCompare`, converting from string to integer is faster than converting from integer to string.
3) Replace `snprintf` with `ll2string` to improve performance in converting numbers to strings in `lpGet()`.

## Zset improvements:
1) Improve the performance of `zzlFind` method, use `lpFind` instead of `lpCompare` in a loop.
2) Use `lpDeleteRangeWithEntry` instead of `lpDelete` twice to delete a element of zset.

## Tests
1) Add some unittests for `lpDeleteRange` and `lpDeleteRangeWithEntry` function.
2) Add zset RDB loading test.
3) Add benchmark test for `lpCompare` and `ziplsitCompare`.
4) Add empty listpack zset corrupt dump test.

GEO* STORE with empty src key delete the dest key and return 0, not empty array (#9271)
With an empty src key, we need to deal with two situations:
1. non-STORE: We should return emptyarray.
2. STORE: Try to delete the store key and return 0.

This applies to both GEOSEARCHSTORE (new to v6.2), and
also GEORADIUS STORE (which was broken since forever)

This pr try to fix #9261. i.e. both STORE variants would have behaved
like the non-STORE variants when the source key was missing,
returning an empty array and not deleting the destination key,
instead of returning 0, and deleting the destination key.

Also add more tests for some commands.
- GEORADIUS: wrong type src key, non existing src key, empty search,
  store with non existing src key, store with empty search
- GEORADIUSBYMEMBER: wrong type src key, non existing src key,
  non existing member, store with non existing src key
- GEOSEARCH: wrong type src key, non existing src key, empty search,
  frommember with non existing member
- GEOSEARCHSTORE: wrong type key, non existing src key,
  fromlonlat with empty search, frommember with non existing member

Fixed some typos, add a spell check ci and others minor fix (#8890)
This PR adds a spell checker CI action that will fail future PRs if they introduce typos and spelling mistakes.
This spell checker is based on blacklist of common spelling mistakes, so it will not catch everything,
but at least it is also unlikely to cause false positives.

Besides that, the PR also fixes many spelling mistakes and types, not all are a result of the spell checker we use.

Here's a summary of other changes:
1. Scanned the entire source code and fixes all sorts of typos and spelling mistakes (including missing or extra spaces).
2. Outdated function / variable / argument names in comments
3. Fix outdated keyspace masks error log when we check `config.notify-keyspace-events` in loadServerConfigFromString.
4. Trim the white space at the end of line in `module.c`. Check: https://github.com/redis/redis/pull/7751
5. Some outdated https link URLs.
6. Fix some outdated comment. Such as:
    - In README: about the rdb, we used to said create a `thread`, change to `process`
    - dbRandomKey function coment (about the dictGetRandomKey, change to dictGetFairRandomKey)
    - notifyKeyspaceEvent fucntion comment (add type arg)
    - Some others minor fix in comment (Most of them are incorrectly quoted by variable names)
7. Modified the error log so that users can easily distinguish between TCP and TLS in `changeBindAddr`

Optimizing sorted GEORADIUS COUNT with partial sorting. (#8326)
This commit provides an optimization, in terms of time, for all GEORADIUS*
and GEOSEARCH* searches which utilize the default, sorted, COUNT clause.
This is commonly used for nearest-neighbor (top-K points closest to a given lat/lon)
searches. While the previous implementation appends all matching points to the
geoPoint array and performs pruning after-the-fact via a full sort and [0, count)-based
for-loop, this PR sorts only the required number of elements.

This optimization provides a 5-20% improvement in runtime depending on the
density of points of interest (POI) as well as the radius searched.
No performance degradation has been observed.

antirez f8547e53f0 Added GEORADIUS(BYMEMBER)_RO variants for read-only operations.
Issue #4084 shows how for a design error, GEORADIUS is a write command
because of the STORE option. Because of this it does not work
on readonly slaves, gets redirected to masters in Redis Cluster even
when the connection is in READONLY mode and so forth.

To break backward compatibility at this stage, with Redis 4.0 to be in
advanced RC state, is problematic for the user base. The API can be
fixed into the unstable branch soon if we'll decide to do so in order to
be more consistent, and reease Redis 5.0 with this incompatibility in
the future. This is still unclear.

However, the ability to scale GEO queries in slaves easily is too
important so this commit adds two read-only variants to the GEORADIUS
and GEORADIUSBYMEMBER command: GEORADIUS_RO and GEORADIUSBYMEMBER_RO.
The commands are exactly as the original commands, but they do not
accept the STORE and STOREDIST options.

antirez 913070a9e8 Geo: fix edge case return values for uniformity.
There were two cases outlined in issue #3512 and PR #3551 where
the Geo API returned unexpected results: empty strings where NULL
replies were expected, or a single null reply where an array was
expected. This violates the Redis principle that Redis replies for
existing keys or elements should be indistinguishable.

This is technically an API breakage so will be merged only into 4.0 and
specified in the changelog in the list of breaking compatibilities, even
if it is not very likely that actual code will be affected, hopefully,
since with the past behavior basically there was to acconut for *both*
the possibilities, and the new behavior is always one of the two, but
in a consistent way.

antirez 001138aec3 Geo: fix computation of bounding box.
A bug was reported in the context in issue #3631. The root cause of the
bug was that certain neighbor boxes were zeroed after the "inside the
bounding box or not" check, simply because the bounding box computation
function was wrong.

A few debugging infos where enhanced and moved in other parts of the
code. A check to avoid steps=0 was added, but is unrelated to this
issue and I did not verified it was an actual bug in practice.

antirez 356a6304ec Multiple GEORADIUS bugs fixed.
By grepping the continuous integration errors log a number of GEORADIUS
tests failures were detected.

Fortunately when a GEORADIUS failure happens, the test suite logs enough
information in order to reproduce the problem: the PRNG seed,
coordinates and radius of the query.

By reproducing the issues, three different bugs were discovered and
fixed in this commit. This commit also improves the already good
reporting of the fuzzer and adds the failure vectors as regression
tests.

The issues found:

1. We need larger squares around the poles in order to cover the area
requested by the user. There were already checks in order to use a
smaller step (larger squares) but the limit set (+/- 67 degrees) is not
enough in certain edge cases, so 66 is used now.

2. Even near the equator, when the search area center is very near the
edge of the square, the north, south, west or ovest square may not be
able to fully cover the specified radius. Now a test is performed at the
edge of the initial guessed search area, and larger squares are used in
case the test fails.

3. Because of rounding errors between Redis and Tcl, sometimes the test
signaled false positives. This is now addressed.

Whenever possible the original code was improved a bit in other ways. A
debugging example stanza was added in order to make the next debugging
session simpler when the next bug is found.
