Suricata 4 is going away with 20.7 most likely. And we can still
phase in NSS for 20.1 later if needed.

config: remove DBUS option globally
...
DBUS option was added to wpa_supplicant and doesn't look
very useful. Try to get away with switching it off globally
in order to avoid further ports from using such an option.
