Sync the new loglevel nothing to sentinel (#12223) 
We add a new loglevel 'nothing' to disable logging in #12133.
This PR syncs that config change to sentinel. Because in #11214
we support modifying loglevel in runtime.

Although I think sentinel doesn't need this nothing config,
it's better to be consistent.

Document syslog directives in sentinel.conf. (#11889) 
Redis supports syslog integration via these directives, documented in redis.conf.
While these directives are not documented in sentinel.conf, they do work with Redis-Sentinel.
It took me a while to realize this, adding them to make it clear.

Add CONFIG SET and GET loglevel feature in Sentinel (#11214) 
Till now Sentinel allowed modifying the log level in the config file, but not at runtime.
this makes it possible to tune the log level at runtime

DEPRECATED rename-command config in sentinel (#10877) 
Clients could use this config in sentinel only when they already add rename-command in the redis conf file,
but becuase in Redis instance, we already DEPRECATED rename-command config,
thus we should deprecate this in the sentinel part as well.

Fix outdated protected-mode documentation in sentinel.conf (#9896) 
In 666b343, we modified the default value of protected-mode
from yes to no.

However, this change is not mentioned in sentinel.conf.
Looking at the sentinel.conf alone, it is easy to make
people think that in sentinel mode, we hava truned on
the protected-mode.

Fixed some typos, add a spell check ci and others minor fix (#8890) 
This PR adds a spell checker CI action that will fail future PRs if they introduce typos and spelling mistakes.
This spell checker is based on blacklist of common spelling mistakes, so it will not catch everything,
but at least it is also unlikely to cause false positives.

Besides that, the PR also fixes many spelling mistakes and types, not all are a result of the spell checker we use.

Here's a summary of other changes:
1. Scanned the entire source code and fixes all sorts of typos and spelling mistakes (including missing or extra spaces).
2. Outdated function / variable / argument names in comments
3. Fix outdated keyspace masks error log when we check `config.notify-keyspace-events` in loadServerConfigFromString.
4. Trim the white space at the end of line in `module.c`. Check: https://github.com/redis/redis/pull/7751
5. Some outdated https link URLs.
6. Fix some outdated comment. Such as:
    - In README: about the rdb, we used to said create a `thread`, change to `process`
    - dbRandomKey function coment (about the dictGetRandomKey, change to dictGetFairRandomKey)
    - notifyKeyspaceEvent fucntion comment (add type arg)
    - Some others minor fix in comment (Most of them are incorrectly quoted by variable names)
7. Modified the error log so that users can easily distinguish between TCP and TLS in `changeBindAddr`

Add hostname support in Sentinel. (#8282) 
This is both a bugfix and an enhancement.

Internally, Sentinel relies entirely on IP addresses to identify
instances. When configured with a new master, it also requires users to
specify and IP and not hostname.

However, replicas may use the replica-announce-ip configuration to
announce a hostname. When that happens, Sentinel fails to match the
announced hostname with the expected IP and considers that a different
instance, triggering reconfiguration, etc.

Another use case is where TLS is used and clients are expected to match
the hostname to connect to with the certificate's SAN attribute. To
properly implement this configuration, it is necessary for Sentinel to
redirect clients to a hostname rather than an IP address.

The new 'resolve-hostnames' configuration parameter determines if
Sentinel is willing to accept hostnames. It is set by default to no,
which maintains backwards compatibility and avoids unexpected DNS
resolution delays on systems with DNS configuration issues.

Internally, Sentinel continues to identify instances by their resolved
IP address and will also report the IP by default. The new
'announce-hostnames' parameter determines if Sentinel should prefer to
announce a hostname, when available, rather than an IP address. This
applies to addresses returned to clients, as well as their
representation in the configuration file, REPLICAOF configuration
commands, etc.

This commit also introduces SENTINEL CONFIG GET and SENTINEL CONFIG SET
which can be used to introspect or configure global Sentinel
configuration that was previously was only possible by directly
accessing the configuration file and possibly restarting the instance.

Support ACL for Sentinel Mode (#7888) 
This commit implements ACL for Sentinel mode, main work of this PR includes:

- Update Sentinel command table in order to better support ACLs.
- Fix couple of things which currently blocks the support for ACL on sentinel mode.
- Provide "sentinel sentinel-user" and "sentinel sentinel-pass " configuration in order to let sentinel authenticate with a specific user in other sentinels.
- requirepass is kept just for compatibility with old config files

antirez f74c7394d7 Slave removal: remove slave from sentinel.conf when possible. 
All the occurrences translated, but the ones referring to SLAVEOF
must be intact because that describe the actual Sentinel -> Redis
protocol. In theory we could send REPLICAOF to Redis instances, but
actually this would prevent Sentinel to be compatible with older Redis
instances.

antirez 6a66b93b18 Sentinel: add an option to deny online script reconfiguration. 
The ability of "SENTINEL SET" to change the reconfiguration script at
runtime is a problem even in the security model of Redis: any client
inside the network may set any executable to be ran once a failover is
triggered.

This option adds protection for this problem: by default the two
SENTINEL SET subcommands modifying scripts paths are denied. However the
user is still able to rever that using the Sentinel configuration file
in order to allow such a feature.

Chris Lamb 3447062d5e Make some defaults explicit in the sentinel.conf for package maintainers 
This may look a little pointless (and it is a complete no-op change here)
but as package maintainers need to modify these lines to actually
daemonize (etc. etc) but it's far preferable if the diff is restricted to
actually changing just that bit, not adding docs, etc. The less diff the
better, in general.

antirez 6275004ca6 Sentinel: client reconfiguration script execution. 
This commit adds support to optionally execute a script when one of the
following events happen:

* The failover starts (with a slave already promoted).
* The failover ends.
* The failover is aborted.

The script is called with enough parameters (documented in the example
sentinel.conf file) to provide information about the old and new ip:port
pair of the master, the role of the sentinel (leader or observer) and
the name of the master.

The goal of the script is to inform clients of the configuration change
in a way specific to the environment Sentinel is running, that can't be
implemented in a genereal way inside Sentinel itself.
