Code Issues Releases Wiki Activity

Change mixed-case routines to lower-case for case-insensitive SQL. 

Add mixed-case #define synonyms to avoid changing more source code.
Add comparison operators for boolean.
Add aggregate min() and max() for datetime and timespan.
