Due to a pattern matching bug in Pakfire, those files have been
incorrectly packages instead of being deleted which results in build
errors when linking.

lldpd does not support seccomp on aarch64 and aborts with
an corresponding error during compile time when enabled.

This also disables sending the kernel release over
the wire and will only announce the release version
of the distribution.
