patches required to pass flags from the environment.

bzip2: Add older soname of libbz2.so.
...
Older versions of the package provided libbz2.so.1.0 which is
now just libbz2.so.1. To overcome that the older version
was added manually on i686.
libbz2 was also moved to /usr.
