Merge branch 'jk/cocci-batch'

Optionally "make coccicheck" can feed multiple source files to
spatch, gaining performance while spending more memory.

* jk/cocci-batch:
  coccicheck: make batch size of 0 mean "unlimited"
  coccicheck: optionally batch spatch invocations
