Merge branch 'rs/retire-strbuf-write-fd'

A misdesigned strbuf_write_fd() function has been retired.

* rs/retire-strbuf-write-fd:
  strbuf: remove unreferenced strbuf_write_fd method.
  bugreport.c: replace strbuf_write_fd with write_in_full
