Merge branch 'nd/switch-and-restore' 

"git restore --staged" did not correctly update the cache-tree
structure, resulting in bogus trees to be written afterwards, which
has been corrected.

* nd/switch-and-restore:
  restore: invalidate cache-tree when removing entries with --staged
