lib: Drop obsolete polyfills 

Since dropping support for Internet Explorer, most of these are
unneeded. The only remaining useful one is
`Promise.prototype.finally()`, which Chrome only supports in ≥ 63 [1],
and our current compatibility requirement is Chrome ≥ 57.
