firmware/2lib: Handle errors in alternate boot 

Handle three different errors in alternate boot:
- VB2_UI_ERROR_ALTERNATE_BOOT_DISABLED
- VB2_UI_ERROR_NO_BOOTLOADER
- VB2_UI_ERROR_ALTERNATE_BOOT_FAILED
