Markdown allows easy conversion to HTML, so this change should make the
GitHub mirror look a little better.

The coreboot sites support HTTPS, and requests over HTTP with SSL are
also redirected. So use the more secure URLs, which also saves a
request most of the times, as nothing needs to be redirected.
Run the command below to replace all occurences.
```
$ git grep -l -E 'http://(www.|review.|)coreboot.org'
| xargs sed -i 's,http://\(.*\)coreboot.org,https://\1coreboot.org,g'

People run into "building bootblock without the required toolchain" too often.
Update documentation so they don't try to use random compilers to build
coreboot.

(smaller, faster, standard parser generator, no more python)
Provide precompiled parser, so bison and flex are optional dependencies.
Adapt Makefile and abuild (which uses some sconfig file as a
magic path) to match.
Drop python as dependency from README, and add bison and flex
as optional dependencies

Those were the remaining perl calls in our build tree, so remove perl
