mb/asrock/h110m: remove unsed i2c_voltage settings 

The string "register "i2c_voltage[4]" = "I2C_VOLTAGE_1V8" was mistakenly
taken from the Intel KBL-RVP8 devicetree.cb. Remove it, since the i2c4
bus is disabled in the "SerialIoDevMode" register
