nrfx_pwm: Replace nrfy_egu calls with nrf_egu in PWM driver 

When `NRFX_PWM_NRF52_ANOMALY_109_WORKAROUND_ENABLED` was set
nrfy_egu function calls were causing build error as HALY for EGU
doesn't exist.
